Good Feels, Inc., at 23 Jayar Rd., Suite 6, Medway, MA 02053, operates Fictional Goods. We collect introduction information to decide whether a brand and creator opportunity may fit. We do not sell application data or require analytics consent to use the site.
What we collect
When you submit an introduction, we collect the contact name, work email, organization, public website or portfolio, the brief or series description, and the specific campaign or production details shown in the form. We also record the terms version, acceptance time, and any separate creator-profile publication choice. If an AI agent submits, we record that fact and the agent name supplied.
Why we use it
We use the information to confirm authority, review eligibility and fit, prevent duplicate outreach, contact the represented person, and—only if both sides choose to proceed—prepare a campaign conversation.
What submission does not do
It does not create an account, accept a campaign, or sign a brand-creator agreement. Application details stay private unless a creator separately opts into a public profile and Fictional Goods accepts that profile for publication.
Public creator profiles
An accepted creator who opts in may have a public profile showing only the creator, channel, or studio name; series description; public work URL; platforms; publishing cadence; creator-supplied view range; and placement interests. Contact names, email addresses, AI workflow details, and private reviewer notes are not published. A creator can request correction or removal at any time.
Sharing and retention
Application data is limited to authorized reviewers and service providers needed for secure hosting, transactional email, error monitoring, and operations. We do not share a private application with a prospective match until a human determines that outreach is appropriate. Application records are deleted no later than 180 days after submission unless a later written agreement or legal obligation requires a different period. An active public creator profile and its consent record remain while the creator chooses to be listed; an unpublished profile record is deleted within 180 days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Privacy-minimized abuse hashes and non-personal deletion receipts are retained only for security and audit needs.
Analytics and automated decisions
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Privacy-minimized Sentry error monitoring may process technical error details needed to keep the service reliable; replay, profiling, advertising, user identity, and default personal-data collection are disabled. Fit signals may help organize review, but no automated score accepts, rejects, prices, or legally binds an applicant.
Your choices
Do not submit information about another person without permission. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@fictionalgoods.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on application data.
